citizenship which, with note prot. n. 50423 of 01.10.2026, the Department of Family and Social Policies
and Labor has also confirmed the provision for those born in the period from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2027
of the contribution of €1,000.00 in Sicily, pursuant to Regional Law no. 10/2003 art. 6 paragraph 5.
REQUIRED REQUIREMENTS:
Italian or EU citizenship, or, in the case of a non-EU citizen, ownership of
residence permit;
Residence in the Sicilian Region at the time of birth or adoption. The subjects in
those in possession of a residence permit must be resident in the territory of the Sicilian Region
at least 12 months at the time of delivery;
ISEE indicator of the family unit not exceeding €10,000.00.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION:
Request of a parent or, in case of legal impediment of the latter, of one of the subjects exercising the
parental authority, drawn up on a specific form (form Annex B);
Photocopy of a valid identification document of the person submitting the application;
ISEE certification issued by the authorized offices, valid on the date of the request;
Copy of any adoption or foster care order;
In the case of a non-EU citizen, a copy of a valid residence permit;
WHERE IT MUST BE SUBMITTED:
To the Protocol Office of the Municipality of Galati Mamertino.
EXPIRY TERMS:
The application must be submitted within 45 days of the newborn's date of birth.
